Common questions

I bought something but didn't get it

Close the game fully and open it again, then open the Store and tap Restore Purchases. Remove Ads and permanent characters come back this way. If PK Coins from a purchase still haven't arrived, email us with the date of the purchase and the receipt from Apple (from your Apple ID emails), and we'll sort it out.

How do I get a refund?

All payments are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the purchase and choose "Request a refund".

I got a new phone. Where is my progress?

Your voyage, coins and collection are saved on your iPhone, and come across to a new iPhone when you move your data with an iPhone backup or Quick Start. Purchases you own (Remove Ads and characters) can always be restored with Restore Purchases. Deleting the game deletes its progress.

An ad didn't load or didn't give me my reward

Ads need an internet connection. If an ad doesn't load, try again in a moment. You only get the reward after watching an ad to the end. If you bought Remove Ads, rewards are given straight away with no ad.

How do I stop personalised ads?

You can turn off tracking for the game in iPhone Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. Ads you see will then not be based on your activity in other apps. See our privacy policy for more.

Are the card packs random?

Yes. The chance of every result is shown in the game before you pay, in each pack's sheet and in the odds table.

Can I delete my data?

Deleting the game from your iPhone removes everything it saved. We don't keep accounts or player profiles. See the privacy policy for data held by our advertising and crash reporting partners and how to ask about it.
